Hello!

My name is Aria Kaul and I am a junior in high school. I am the co-founder of the debate team at my school, which was started in September 2024. We've grown to 10 active members and attended 5 tournaments by the end of the season. I started DebateReady after starting my own debate team at my school where I noticed the lack of step-by-step instructions of how to start a team from scratch, teach events, and compete. My goal is to share the experience I had of starting a team and teach others how to do it too.

About DebateReady!

DebateReady! is a website designed to teach students about the extracurricular of debate. It contains my own video series with instructions on how to start a team and how to start competing, as well as videos on how to teach speech and debate events. It also contains links to articles on current events to keep debaters up to date on important news that could be used in competitions.

My Mission

My mission is to spread knowledge of debate and increase interest and participation in the activity through engaging and accessible means in my video series'.
